- Subjective Experience: Taste and aroma are highly subjective in natural resins. We cannot offer refunds or returns based on personal preference regarding the flavor or scent of our products.
- Environmental Factors: Shilajit reacts to its environment. Factors such as air conditioning, extreme UAE heat, or sudden temperature shifts can affect the consistency of the resin. While we ensure peak quality at the time of dispatch, we cannot guarantee the physical state of the product if it is stored improperly after delivery.

Refund or Replacement Policy
To maintain the highest Health & Safety standards in the UAE, we operate under a strict hygiene policy.
- Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, Shilajit products are NOT returnable or exchangeable once they have left our facility. This applies to unopened, sealed, and unused jars alike.
- Incorrect or Damaged Items: The only exception to this policy is if you receive an incorrect item or if the product arrives damaged.
- Reporting Period: Any damage or order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Upon verification, we will be happy to offer an exchange, replacement, or discount vouchers for your next purchase.
Refund Processing
In the event that a refund is approved by our management, please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of delivery will be deducted from the final refund amount.
